The Vikings would move players on defense just before the snap.

I think this threw off the Rams and also why they had to waste time outs.

If I am an opposing team, I am doing the same thing. Play head games with them. Don't show your hand until the play clock is winding down. Seemed to work for Minnesota.

If the D decides to get into proper alignment when the play clock is winding down, there's a decent chance they may be caught with their pants down and in a wrong alignment.

That's probably why they have been running a hurry up offense some of the time.

The Vikings did move around a lot so maybe throwing Goff off was the reason. But I think the real reason we struggled against Minnesota is they are an elite D.
