Rams can run the table

November 27, 2017 09:09AM
The Rams are good enough to run the table and finish at 13-3. That would probably be good enough for the #2 seed and possibly #1. There is no reason why the Rams can't beat the Eagles at home in two weeks just like they beat the Saints. If they can win that game, why should they lose any of their remaining games?

I noticed a few things in the Saints game that need to be corrected. Gotta stop allowing long runs from scrimmage. That just shouldn't happen. Gotta stop committing penalties on kick returns that negate big returns and/or put the offense in a hole. This seems to be a leftover problem from the Fisher era. There is no excuse for it. If players continue to commit foolish penalties, put them on the waiver wire. Watkins made a few big plays, but he seemed to make half-hearted efforts on others (such as the interception). What is going on with him? It seems that he has the skills to be contributing more and not disappearing for long stretches.
