I've said a million times.....head coaching (in any sport) is 80% dealing with people. Understanding everybody's personalities : treating everyone different : pushing the right buttons : etc. etc. ~ and it looks like we gotta' keeper in McVAY !! He's a good human being first & everything else will always take care of itself. All of these guys know X's and O's - how to call plays- what to schedule during the week n' stuff ; but it's the relationships w/ the players that separates the great ones. There's no one set formula / Bellicheat does it through fear / Bruce Bochy does it through humor/ Vermeil did it through sincerity ~ but ultimately all that matters is connecting w/ your squad & I think it's safe to say now, that Sean McVAY has this skill
