Good job LA, agree with every word. Rams had some bounces go against them, while the Vikes had some go for them. Nonetheless the Vikes deserved to win as they were the better team yesterday.
BTW: I do think that McVay overthought this thing. The Rams looked slow and deliberate instead of quick and decisive. And, where the heck was Austin and all the motion deception?
It was like the Rams tried to simplify or be something else rather than just play their game.
I was almost surprised to see the soft coverages of our secondary. It can only be that it was game planned that way. Truth is, it worked except for a couple of critical times.......and that was the game.
I expect the Rams to come back strong against an equally good team in the Saints. Unfortunately, the only advantage the Rams will have at home is that they won't have to go silent count or have trouble with audibles.
On the other hand, either will the Saints. The laid back SoCals will be too busy texting, sipping iced Lattes, and licking the salt off their Margueritas to take much notice of the game. Heck, I suspect the place won't even be very full. After all it is the Thanksgiving weekend and the after effects of over indulging (not to mention Black Friday) will probably take its toll.
I like this team.
And, let's all pull for the Falcons tonight so that the Rams can keep their 1 game division lead.
