Nope, can not help but think a Rams 14-7 lead changes things dramatically.... the fumble was a game changer imo
First of all, I think that's exactly right. It's more than not the matter of the score. The MORALE swing on that play was insane. Their players got crazy jazzed, their crowd stayed crazy jazzed.
As to how good the Rams are, we don't know. I don't think they know; they CAN'T know.
They're good. They might yet be very good. The Rams were tied 7-7- entering the 4th against a 7-2 team playing in one of the 3 or 4 most hostile stadiums in the league.
IMO, whether that was a "butt-kicking" or not is completely irrelevant to the question of how good the Rams are and how far they can go this year. Vikes were def better today. But play again on a neutral site or in LA and I LIKE our chances.
