They have no one that compares to Alan Page and Carl Eller. They have Griffin who is closest to Jim Marshall and Linval Joseph is more like Larsen. Alan Page as more like Aaron Donald and they have no one like Carl Eller who was big, strong and fast. Griffen is fast, has some strong points...not dominating big and strong! However, we got someone as good or better than Page!
It will be a test on McVay to scheme those players out of their strengths and create situations to expose their weaknesses. So this is less about what Minnesota's got and more about McVay designing and preparing the team to implement it like they have played the Vikings thirty times already!
Defensively, I'm just amazed how Wade has been able to get this crew to perform. I think in some ways the Vikings have a good offensive team but not good enough to outdo what Wade has been able to do with Cowboys, Jaguars, Cardinals, Texans, Seahawks, and Redskins! Losses were close, wins were big!
