A week and a half ago King is picking the Rams to beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl and now he 's saying we need to look at the Rams with a jaunticed eye.
Which is it Peter? This is why I don't get excited over anything these two windbags say as they change their opinions depending on which direction the wind blows.
One important point King made that another analyst made the other day was the Rams are miles ahead in leading the league in point differential.
As King said such teams have played in the last 4 Super Bowls, winning 3 of them.
So, either you buy it or you don't. Most Rams fans, beaten down by 13 years of incompetence and losing are like patients that need to have their swagger restored and are always waiting for the other shoe to drop. In fact I can almost guarantee on this board alone that if the Rams lose to Minnesota on Sunday there will be a truck load here saying "I told you so" I told you they were not that good. Well, not so fast. 6 games left in the season after the Vikings game.
You going to quit now? This is a damn good team and I feel when it is all said and done this team will have 11 to 12 wins at least.
Grits
)))))))))
This is going to be a stressful series of games coming up.
I'm not sure what our record will be after Min, Phi, NO, Seattle but the season begins now.
You are right GRITS, a loss or two will deflate this board by a mile. It will turn most of the talking heads against us because they are in a wait and see pattern right now. They want to be sold on us but these next games will help them make up their minds.
I truely hope we do end up with 11 or 12 wins after this stretch. Something tells me that the Min game might be our best chance to win because of CK as their QB.
I hope we come out and smack them in the face. I'm glad we had a slow start last week because our coaches can use THAT as fuel to make sure we start fast this week!
