Goff has faced 3 very tough defenses, Skins, Hawks, Jags.
He didn’t perform well in them.
Goff should be better now, I think he’s made significant progress, he needs to show that on Sunday for the Rams to win.

Seahawks he drove the ball down the field with just over minute to go and no time outs and if Kupp hangs onto the ball at the goal line we are talking about a Rams win instead of a loss.
Against the Skins he brought us back from 13 point or 10 point deficits twice and if Robert Woods hadn't screwed up in the 4th quarter Rams may have won that game. Lets not forget the Rams defense in the Skins game effed up big time and was giving up huge chunks of yards on the ground and big plays. Don't blame that on Goff.

Against the Skins, Goff was ok until he threw that horrible pick that ended the last chance to win the game. That's not playing well.
Against the Hawks, Goff turned the ball over 3 times, and had a passer rating of 48.9. That's not playing well, even though he threw 3 great passes on the last drive.
Against the Jags, Goff threw for 124 yards and only completed 50% of his passes. He didn't lose the game, but the ST and Defense won the game.
