A few points:
- the Watkins trade becomes 'less expensive' the more the Rams win. That pick right now is 59th overall.
- picking in the late 20s makes it much harder to recover that 2nd round pick through a trade down. Almost impossible really. Any trade down they would do nets probably a late 3rd at best.
- don't forget to root against Detroit and Buffalo since we have their 6th round picks... Those picks could improve by 8-10 spots each of those teams do poorly the 2nd half of the season.
