You can single out Gurley, Donald, Goff, etc. but if a GM doesn't have a winning record, then he is not a good GM. The NFL is a success oriented business.
I bleed Blue & Gold/White just like you do 43, and I am just as ferocious a Ram supporter. But Snead has been our GM for 6 years now and we have never had a sniff of the playoffs.
When we start making the playoffs, I will be first to sing his praises. You have been singing them for the past 5 years despite our failures. Draft wise, there have been many, despite us having more choices than any other team until Cleveland started selling the farm. I don't want to have the most draft choices, I want to start making the playoffs.
It's going to change with McVay/Phillips in charge, and not even you is going to enjoy our successes more than me. But you have to acknowledge that you have always predicted Rams' success since you have joined this board. It appears you are finally correct.
Hopefully, you will be correct for the next decade and more.
