Read all the comments ,I came in the last Gabriel year so I know about all the big plays and arms down though the years The Hadle's, Jaworski , Shack Harris , Ferragamo ,Chandler ,Banks, Warner ,Bulger , Bradford , and now Goff .
I would say Goff ranks up there with any of them as far as potential to be a franchise QB.
I don't think he has the strongest arm of the group but niether did Warner Hadl or Bulger .
Goff is going to be a very good QB just based on comparing him to other who'ved worn the jersey he stacks up well in accuracy , ability to drive the intermediate laser with accuracy and reading coverage.
Mobility is a bit of issue but they can work around that .
Major positive is he is accurate at the long throw downfield and knows how to put that air under the ball for the touch throw but I think we will see a liner thrown for a strike at 40 yards also one day.
I kinda think we are seeing a QB with a good arm who can also play the short game .
That means he could be the equal to Bradford as far as cumulative talent and of course he is in a better situation.
Lots of people compare him to Ryan and Eli ..
How about a guy from way back .. Tommie Kramer??,
He was a good one alright.
Threw to another guy named Sammy too.
Goff Still has room for growth .
Good time to be a Ram Fan .
