I don't think we are wrong or in disagreement. We just do not start games consistently and Sean McVay understands and gets that. It is part of his plan to grow the team and bring them all on the same page. He has new coaches players and team. He inherited TG but he also inherited JG. Without JG growth this team is not going to be a Sean McVay team. His game play calling is unique and intricate but it is also once fully grasped more consistent and dictates tempo etc. He is learning and team is learning and right now the best way for him to grow them up is to approach it the way he has. Best example I can pull out is the emergence of Woods. Each week different but clearly growing into this scheme to where he will become more and more integral to what we do just as you point out with Gurley. It all helps Goff who as he grows and gets sorta fast tracked into what this offense can be he will have a broader base of experience to draw from as a player and leader of this offense. So we only differ in as much as I do not think we have arrived yet to what we will see.
Great play calling will still be a factor but our mo will be more consistent.
