Agreed targets must be earned. Good to see Goff not locking in on Kupp any more.
In then end, Woods and Watkins should be considered "fully developed". Wheras Kupp, Everett, Higbee, Reynolds......and Goff are all still developing. I think we can continue to see the "hot" receiver (or the one with the mismatch) get the targets. So I don't think it's a forgone conclusion that Woods will get the bulk of the targets. After these last two weeks....you can bet teams will game plan more for Woods (particuarly defending screens).
A plethora of weapons is a beautiful thing to have.....particularly ones that are growing before our eyes.
