Myles did fine, but he suggests

November 07, 2017 05:18PM
that Rams have not run that play before or that because they often go to the shorter 'over' route or deep crosser, whatever you want to call it that the Giants jumped it. Well, maybe

But Rams ran it versus Seattle, it was the one where Sammy stopped running and they ran in in Jacksonville and it was overthrown a bit ...

Those times there was different play action concept, they did the end around action along with the play action, this time they didn't do that, but the concept was the same and this time they hit it.

Myles shows the eyes of the two DBs looking at Kupp, well, the near CB has to be looking at that, it's cover-3 and Kupp is entering his area of responsibility. Now, Myles is right in that Collins needs to have his eyes on Watkins because he has the middle 1/3 of the field and the far corner is slow to help, he's got to get going and get to Watkins, too.

Maybe They Just Didn't Respect Goff's Arm Strength?

Maybe. It was 2nd and 6, not the usual d&d for a "shot'
