Higbee drops one in paydirt and it was a third down

Jared does a dandy job of sensing his pocket is breaking and scrambles right; Finds Kupp, and squares to throw, and overshoots the very open WR.

A lousy flag that brought P.Cooper excellent return back. Looked like a nothing penalty, too.
