If the Rams perform like they did against the Cardinals two weeks ago and very methodically and proficiently move the ball up and done the field the Giants defense is going to be in a world of hurt. The Giants have no receivers. They barely have a running game and Manning is a statue in the pocket. Rams defense is going to crush them.
