Well my house is about 3K SQ FT (3 stories). The $2K is for the family room, sunroom, foyer, kitchen, living and dinning rooms (basically the 1st floor)
I’m keeping my $2K.... I’m trying to get out to LA to see my boys beat the Texans or Eagles lol
