A lot of people around here wanted this guy fired.....I'm glad he stuck around, it's looking pretty obvious right now that Fisher was the problem.
Snead deserves a lot of credit for locking up McVay as soon as he stepped foot in the building. He put his nutz on the line with hiring a 30 year old HC and it seems to be paying off in spades...he also had a really good year in identifying what we needed to get in FA and so far so good on a draft that didn't include a number one pick..
I really like how the Rams are built with a young GM, a young coach and a young QB along with a young team.....they're set up for a very nice run of some really good years right now. We're good right now, but soon we will be great!!!
