Not as long as the sun continues to shine every day of the year. There is a good side and a bad side of living here-if your a fan of our locals. The good side is obvious. No hurricanes, tornadoes, inclimate weather, etc. There are mountains, the beach, Hollywood, all to enjoy. For all these reasons the economy doesn't follow the downturns the rest of the nation suffers. The downside is that because of the upside people from everywhere come here to live and work. And people from cities elsewhere bring their own fandom bred from where they came. There will always be huge numbers of fans at Ram games from other cities. It is what it is. It wasn't always like this. It began post WW2 when veterans stationed here during the war saw opportunities in the commercial aircraft industry. Land investors saw opportunities in the diversion of water to So Cal from central Calif. And for whatever reason professional football is different than professional basketball and baseball. It simply it is what it is-until we stop experiencing the sun every day..
And its not the Coliseum. It will be the same in the new stadium too. We just have to acknowledge it.
