jack Del Rio was exactly what the Raiders needed when he was hired, he brought back the swagger to the Silver and Black, but he is not and XO's, jack is ballsy and he commands respect from his players but he needs great assistants, the game has changed the Raiders run a vanilla D, and there O is getting throttled because they took on a new O coordinator who does not play to Carr's strengths. Carr is starting to lose confidence and the Raider O Line is calling him soft. If they do not win this week Oakland will go crazy.
