I think Quinn and Tavon stay

Quinn is a talent and the NFL loves outside speed rushers if we do decide to part we will get something in return.

Tavon made everybody throw up on special teams, he played an important part in both of our losses, but he will not return punts again, so the next time he scampers 31 yards for a TD against an NFL's top ranked D, you will forget his fumbles on special teams or at least begin the process
