I think Demoff and Snead are doing a helluva job at their respective positions. Hard to see how Peyton would improve upon their efforts, tbh.
6 losing seasons under Snead (most draft choices of any GM over that period), and now that we are 3-2 they are doing "a helluva job"?
Peyton, with his passion and persistence, would improve an NBA team, never mind the Rams. I pray that this is more than speculation.

Can you even imagine the effect he would have on Goff?
Perhaps you’re confused about the responsibilities of each FO person, Kevin?
Snead’s Job is to find the best players that fit the HC’s “types”. I think he largely did that. Not his fault that Fisher craved the wrong types AND that Fisher was clueless about O matters. Snead’s last offseason seems to be paying big dividends with a better HC such as McVay.
The HC’s Job is to hire best possible asst coaches, then coach up his roster such that it wins games. Not fair to disparage Snead because Fisher was incompetent, IMO.
As to Peyton? Great success in one area does not necessarily mean great success in another. Requires two vastly different skill sets.
Professional sports teams are littered with former great players that failed as HC’s, much less GM’s.
