Previously, I was on the Kupp should've caught that bandwagon. And I think I'm still there.
But after watching it over and over, that is not a typical Goff ball. He normally throws a much less hot and catchable ball even when he's stepping up.
I think I'll put that 80% on Kupp, 20% on Goff. So close as you say. Can you imagine if that was caught!?
