I was traveling yesterday and didn't get to see the game, but I have a few comments based on plays viewed online. I had been concerned about Gurley's habit of reaching out with the football near the goal line. That is a very risky thing to do unless it's 4th down or the last play of the game. It is an especially bad choice when you are going to at worst have a 1st and goal near the one yard line. There is no way to sugar coat it -- Kupp had an opportunity to make a catch that would have won a huge game and allowed this downtrodden franchise to turn the corner and take a two game lead in the division. It cannot be denied that Kupp choked when the game was on the line.
