Good game, but I thought McVay got tight

His playcalling was definitely off today, especially in the second half.

We got some good plays from TA, but several bad ones as well including 2 muffed punts.

Fact is, the defense played plenty well to win today. This one is on the offense and special teams.

And, on the positive side, we gave up 5 (FIVE!) turnovers today and were still in it at the end, in fact only missed a win by a great pass that was just a few inches off.

As long as this team stays positive and mentally strong, we will be in nearly every game we play.

I think, for whatever reason, everyone was tight today. Did you see anyone smiling or having fun today? Back in the GSOT days, you could always tell if we were going to win by whether the players, esp on offense, were having fun. I have seen that this year in previous games, but not so much today. I think everyone took this a bit too seriously today and came out wound up.
