But the turnovers just killed us. Five turnovers against a team like the Seahawks? Fuhgeddaboudit...
Some will blame McVay. And I’ll agree that it wasn’t his best game plan or playcalling.
But the players failed to execute on O. And too many penalties all around, definitely.
And yet...
Despite all, we came about 6 inches too long on that one pass to Kupp from winning this danged game in the closing seconds. The players never threw in the towel. Gotta admire that.
If one closely examines those stats above, one simply has to conclude that the Seahawks got away with one today.
We are definitely trending up, fellas. And I suspect that we might be even tougher for the Seahawks in this next game.
