He got too cute with trying to involve everybody. No WRs going in motion. No bunch sets. No Wrs combo routes. No crossing patterns.
Basically the WRs stood straight up and ran straight down the field.
Way too much trying to get the guys off the bench involved.
It was somewhat Fisher like.
Although the wasting of timeouts that cost the Rams late was Martz like. Been nice not to have to burn downs stopping the clock.
Watkins was a complete disappointed. Seemed to be pouting because his lack of involvement and when he had his chances didn't run the route. But get him involved early. Have to manage the big egos
See how he bounces back next week.
