McVay and his coaching staff have done a great job. So great that it is unprecedented and he has gotten great well deserved accolades.
I just want to give a shout out so Snead for he has had a great year.
First he helped pick the coach.
Then he made some FA pickups in Whit & Woods
Then without a 1st rounder had a good draft with Kupp, Woods, Reynolds, Johnson & Smart.
Then he makes the Sammy Watkins trade.
He is also the riverboat gambler that mad the trade to get the number 1 pick in 2016 and do the evaluation to pick Goff.
He picked Gurley, he picked Donald.
Yes he has had some misses but we have a young team full of weapons, a great coach and a hall of fame defender.
Not bad work for a GM who seems locked into help McVay get the type of players that he wants and needs.
