Some of the critical comments in this thread on Martz I see and understand the perspective. Don't totally agree but do in some cases.
However, one that 90% of America believe that I think I am right and they are wrong is the superbowl Loss.
Faulk ran 15 times in the first 3 quarters and was on pace for a 20-25 carry game had the Rams been in the lead, but the Rams were trailing.
Martz finally said heck with this trying to run and only ran 2 times in the 4th quarter. Guess what, it is in that 4th quarter when they passed on every down that they scored the 14 points and moved the ball up and down the field with ease.
So, the results of the game tell a different story, why would running the ball be more successful when the only success came when Faulk only carried 2 times in the quarter????
The reality of that game came down to 3 turnovers with the pick 6 being the biggest play of the game.
