This 'might' be a little like 2000 though. High scoring Offense paired with a Giunta-defense. Maybe.
Who knows.
I'll tell ya what i like about this offense though, RFL -- I suspect....just 'suspect' that this offense will be just a bit like Bradys offense. By that i mean that i think it will be able to survive OLine injuries moreso than say the Fisher offense.
I just have a feeling about that. I think once it gels and Goff gets more experience, he'll be able to find open receivers quickly even while the D is bearing down on him. I think McV is creating an offense that can do that. Somewhat.
