Lets be real.....this unit was in such shambles it would be greedy to say everything needs to be fixed ASAP. For now, I will take the much improved pass protection. To date....they have only allowed 3 sacks. If you listen to Collinsworth during the Thurs night game, he still think Goff needs to learn how to step up into the pocket (and let the tackles move the DE out and behind Goff. This is all part of a young QB learning how to trust his O line. So....the good news is....even as good as the O-line has been, there is still room for improvent.
I think the run blocking is just going to require a game where the Rams are up by 17 in the second half.....and just bulldoze the defensive line into submission. Once they have that chance....they will build some confidence.
In all....the O-line (as always with an O-line) are the unsung heros so far.
