Well if it was PI and the ref ate the flag then he would possibly cost the Rams the win.
A lot of stuff gets called that May be shouldn't and a lot gets missed or overlooked during a game.
And it looked to me like the inside kick came after the play clock ran out so maybe SF should have never even had the ball.
