My reaction to those uni's took me completely by surprise....

When I first heard 'all yellow' I nearly gagged. I was not happy. Then something truly ironic happened.... our High School traveled to Taft, Ca the Friday just before the Rams wore all yellows.... I had never been there before, never seen Taft... and they wear 'all yellows'... or did for this game anyway.

They came on the field and to my complete shock I did not gag. They looked..... "ok".

Then came the all yellow Ram game.... Taft hadn't really convinced me so I was ready to upchuck. Yet once again, I did not. They were, IMO... "ok".

Now this is amazing, if you know me. I like tradition... I like a football uniform to look like a football uniform and NOT like what someone here once posted... "a prom dress".

And yet.. the all yellows did not upset me. they looked, again, "ok".

Now... I want it made very clear... if they wore 'all yellow' every game I'd be furious. Just because I didn't heave doesn't mean I liked them enough to want to see them regularly.

But what you're actually pointing out is the 'clash'. Black on the Niners and Yellow on the Rams... and my first reaction is too gag. BUT... who knows? - JamesJM
