Look, he showed in two games now that he can play in the league though he is also still young. It's just 9 games in from being a very green Air Raid variant qb, and none of those---not one--has ever become a regular starting qb. That's going to be a rough road at times but he is ALREADY making progress.
IMO we can't determine if a qb is clutch based on one game. That's a verdict that comes after several games. I wouldn't even ask the question yet, and whether or not a qb is clutch is a HUGE part of my view of them. I really count that a lot, and right now I am not even asking the question.
(Btw--obscure fact time-- in 2006,. you know which qb of all recent ones at that time had the highest percentage of wins in comeback situations? Not the MOST wins of that kind, but the highest percentage of wins in that situation.)
So IMO it is way too soon to be pulling down verdicts on Goff. That will take a while. Including the clutch thing. That's just how I see it. Some qbs did start out doing that early in their careers, some who we would come to define as clutch developed into that after having their game sharpened by live experience.
