I keep having to tell myself, this is a work in progress.

31 yr old rookie HC.
Train wreck 21 year old QB a year ago.
No 1st round pick.

That's what we went into this year with.

This is not a 10 win team. That's simply unrealistic with what we're dealing with.

Just want to see growth with BOTH our HC and QB.

31+22 = 53 combined years of age of our HC and QB. That just nuts. We gotta give them time, and to draw accurate conclusions now about those two is a foolhardy exercise.
