People act like this was a disaster, and I agree that we should've done more with all that capital. But I think the real disaster was hiring Fisher.

Some of those guys gave me good times in the middle of all that darkness. Stedman was our only WR with decent hands for a while, and jeez, I almost bought a Zac Stacy jersey at one point.

This is tangential, but we live in such a championship-focused culture today. Not everything is about Super Bowls.

If there's one thing the suffering of the last 14 years has fought me, it's to enjoy good football and treasure it when you get it. That's why last weekend was so much fun, and that's why I'm so excited about today.
