The coaching definetly is top reason for the teams turn towards a better product overall so far this season and I believe the players being groved in to both great offencive and defensive system will be the next.

But of course the entire staff is very good.
I'll even include the trainer Reggie as tops in his area.
Even though McVay is the lead coach I think it's a democracy to a degree in coaching staff meetings and McVay is very respectful to ideas from his staff.
I think the staff has a awesome mix of experience and McVay has a great knack and experience for attacking defences and getting the most out of talent.
Just what the Dr ordered.
