All of those false start penalties in the second qtr were caused by the defense jumping .... I thought they changed that rule where if the defense makes the offensive player move, thien it was offsides on defense?
The one they called on Gurley was clearly caused by the DE and the one called on Sully was a head scratcher??? Never saw him even flinch???
If the defense jumps BUT NOT in to the neutral zone, and the OL moves its on the fofense. If they D jumps IN TO the neutral zone causing the OL to move then its on the D.
