I like McVay but he does have to grow a pair.
He needs not to try and be liked or seen as a players rep.
He works for the organization and better quickly tame some of that enthusiasm and social media optimism " Rah Rah" AD. Just stay focused
He needs to zero in on the team and focus on that and show some indifference to the medias distracting Donald crap. He is not here.
He needs to reframe the discussion as you stated to the 53 actively on the roster and ready to play. He needs that focus thru the next 17 weeks plus.
I have heard him suggest that but he needs to really reinforce that. It's his Team not Donalds
