Rams best teams ever were great because of WR strength

Bruce
Holt
Hakim
Proehl

The team put up 500 points 3 straight seasons, won a superbowl with those 4 WRs.

They were able to win without Marshall Faulk when he was injured during that time period. 6-3 and scored over 30 points 6 times. Marc Bulger went 18-4 as a QB when Kurt Warner was out.

They had a great offensive coach that new how to create space with these WRs and generate offense.

This team is set up nicely for some of the same results. I don't know about Goff and he obviously isn't a Kurt Warner quality, but maybe he can be a Marc Bulger. I would take that at this point and if you surround a competent QB with a good coach and WRs that can get open, all of a sudden that competent QB can look pretty good.
