I like the new decisiveness

Hopefully it is not too much of a pendulum swing, but we used to seem to wait forever for players to develop or keep drafted players because the original decision and evaluation was trusted more than current reality.

Watching GRob get shipped out, watching these cuts and even seeing draft picks cut and UDFAs kept makes me think there is a new reality on our team. No one gets a free pass, and no need to waste space with potential we need players now.

I love the action, not sure I like all the moves, but I hope the culture shift pays off dividends beyond anything we could imagine.

I can't wait for the season to start to see how the new leadership has fared in regards to evaluation of talent.
