I was hoping he would be a starter in a year or two, sad to see that project fail so quickly.

With that said, I am happy to have a staff that moves on quickly. We were way too slow to cut GRob among others. Instead we threw a bunch of money at Tavon. Definitely seems like a new way to run things and I like it.
