Vinny is usually very guarded in his statements. He doesn't write stuff that will embarrass him.
For him to write this, I think he has a good notion that Donald is on his way back. I also think he has a connection into the Rams FO and he knows they aren't budging for sure. Some have said they think Vinny is a mouthpiece for the Rams. I don't know about that, but I do think he has insider info.
