Obviously a decision that prodigious is going to be a committee decision.

I have no interest in parsing out who has what percentage of influence in the decision.

McVay is the HC and he was brought in specifically to orchestrate an offense and work with Jared Goff, so obviously he will have a strong voice in the decision.

After seeing Goff in the preseason and the lack of work he has gotten coupled with the way McVay has handled him, I formed this conclusion.

I don't believe benching Goff would be the end for him, he's young and would have plenty of time and opportunity to rebound.

Benching him might be the best thing for him. He's not ready.
