Had to agree with most of the posts, but was a bit surprised at one name that was left off the list - Wade Phillips.
Who cannot like the "Son of Dum"! He's a twitter savant at the age of 65(ish)! Plus he is a highly proven commodity!
At the end of the season I hope to have a HUGE man crush on McVay/Hoff. But as for now Wade gets the nod!
