I did bet on the Kentucky Derby a few years ago... and lost.
I simply can't see a reasonable scenario, barring significant injury(s), where this isn't a pretty good team. So if I had $100 burning a hole in my pocket I would bet it.
The defense could tank I guess or the offense could be worse or both offense and defense could be worse... or the defense could be bad and the offense just a little better than last year... i guess. McCoy could totally lose it or something. But I think the defense will be a little better and the offense will be a little better... and in the NFL where everything is measured in small increments, a little better means a few more wins.
I will be surprised if the Rams don't win more than 7... and shocked if 6 or less.
