Good thing he gave up on basketball.
The open receiver wasn't even in line with the sun, so that should not have blocked his vision of the open receiver.
Guess that's a play to work on some more.
I've seen the same thing before from more veteran QBs who very well regarded in their careers. I would venture to say that there has never ever been a QB in the NFL, high school or college who has not, not seen a wide open receiver.
Case Closed.
Grits
Goff threw the ball out the back of the EZ on this play rather than go through his progressions.
It's one thing to miss a guy wide open like this, its another when his progressions should have brought him TO Woods.
You are correct that ALL QB's miss guys who are open. I laugh because often the guy "open" is off to one side or the other in which the QB had already come off him. This was not the case here. Is it the end of the world? No. But it shows hom much work this guy still has ahead of him when things go off script.
R.I.P. Nelson aka TonyHunter87 1971 - 2017 far too soon..
Your last words to me: "Your a great guy RFIP. I was very sad when you left the board, and your son, but was glad to see you back. Take care my friend, may God be by your side." 09/09/2017 12:58AM
No Nelson, you were a far better man than I, and I am sure an awesome husband and father as well. I will miss you my friend. -RFIP
