When I look at Goff... (I'm being honest here), I don't see a bulb burning either. I see a guy who appears that he would fall for the finger pull gag three times running all within 3 minutes.
BUT... Kupp has that look as well, (to me anyway).. and note: JUST referring to their physical look.. not their words or actions.

Coaches... I never really paid a lot of attention to those interviews... not even back in Ditka's day... or even George Allen's. Oh I listened to them but never thought them enlightening.... now the NFL Films candid shots of them on the sidelines... praising and haranguing were GREAT. Felt I learned more that way. - JamesJM
