Looks like Penn showed up today and Bell tweeted that he is coming back Sept 1st.

I gotta feeling AD will come to his senses and will be back sooner then it's being reported....I think Sept 2nd is the day he signs his new deal.

Hate to see this good start to the McVay era sabotaged by this hold out....
