That's 6 guys. Do you keep 7? Do you keep Tavon through the Thomas suspension? Then what?
From a receiving standpoint, Austin is in the bottom 1/3 of the roster, but he excels at returning punts and, because of his elusiveness in the open field, he should be an asset on screens, end arounds, and trick plays. He's overpaid, but he might be effective with legitimate receiving threats around him. I'd hate to lose Reynolds or Thomas because of him though.
